If you would like to apply to be a tenant of 

Green Bay Meadows, here is all the information you will need.

We will need:

-An application filled out for EACH person over 18 that will be living with you.

-A Credit Report for EACH person over 18. You can provided your own (needs to be no older than 30 days). Otherwise we can obtain a credit report for you ($15 fee).

-Proof of income for all applicants in household. A copy of recent paystub, direct deposit slip,or letter from the employer is acceptable.

-Copies of IDs for all applicants in household.
